PICK NICK in 2014! It’s catchy and some might say edgy for Nick Wukoson’s slogan and website address, short and “to the point” which also happens to be the name of WPTV Channel 5’s Sunday morning program “To the Point”, hosted by Michael Williams.

Good Voting.

While interviewing Republican candidate Nick Wukoson for the office of the 18th District United States Congressional Representative, Michael Williams left no stone unturned in questioning Wukoson on his views about Social Security (which some may say are rather extreme) and other issues which he feels that with his experiences as a small business owner and former police officer, et al, he is well able and willing to hold government accountable for all actions that do not reflect the will and best results for the people.

Mr., Wukoson’s biography on his website gives a vivid picture of an American citizen seeking via campaigning to make a difference (Excerpts below):

Nick Wukoson is passionate about holding members of both parties accountable and responsible to the Constitution, to the People and all of the hard-earned tax dollars we give them to invest on our behalf. He has spent years breaking down and speaking out on the overwhelming abuse in Government and offers real solutions that improve our economy and country without raising a single cent of taxes. His "Accountability 101 Plan" to restore our nation’s economy is turning the heads of both left and right leaning Americans and is what sets him apart from his opponents.

Look out incumbent! But before Nick Wukoson reaches the 2014 general election (Patrick Murphy, Democrat) in November, he must face off with a number of contenders for the Republican nomination. The following list is an unofficial reference of candidates provided by the Florida Division of Elections and is updated weekly as candidates file and update their information.
