Every human being and thing was designed with a purpose in God’s mind.  All people have been given an assignment by God to fulfill in this earthly realm.  God says that before he formed you in the belly, he knew you, and had ordained you to be a prophet to the nations (Jeremiah 1:5) God already knew what you would look like when you were born.  Nothing happens by coincidence.  

Nick Vujicic was born without arms and legs.  His parents are Christians.  His father is a Pastor.  Imagine how both parents felt when the doctor told them that their child was born without arms and legs.  The doctors gave no medical reason for Nick’s condition.   Nick’s parents had a lot of questions for God.  Both parents were angry with God for a while, they did not understand how God could do such a thing to a Pastor, or a family who were Christians and loved the Lord with all of their heart. 

For many years Nick struggled with the pain of his condition.  He attempted to commit suicide, but could not do it.  He struggled in school as a young boy.  But after many struggles and challenges for both Nick and his parents, Nick’s mother spoke to his heart, “Nick, God is going to use you, I don’t know how, and I don’t know when.”  Nick’s parents finally decided to trust in God’s plan for their child.  Although Nick had no arms and legs, God had a plan and purpose for Nick’s life.  God wanted to use Nick as his hands and feet to reach out to hurting people, to encourage people all over the world to never give up, no matter what your circumstance looks like.

Because of many technological advances, the support of family and friends, Nick is using every passion, talent and gift God has given him.  He does everything the average normal person with arms and legs can do. Nick now has a wheelchair made specifically for a person without arms and legs.   He swims, surfs, plays golf, listens to music, prepares his own breakfast, lunch and dinner, go’s for a walk, travels abroad and a whole host of daily activities.   Also Nick is a motivational speaker; he is an extraordinary, amazing man of God. 

Today Nick speaks to millions of people all over the world. Nick is the President of an International Non profit organization called, “Life Without Limbs.”  He is truly an inspiration to other children and adults who are handicapped, and have similar circumstances.  Nick Vujicic has brought tears to the eyes of many young people who were contemplating giving up and committing suicide.  He has given hope to the hopeless. 

Nick inspires many by telling his story all around the world, and letting them know that he found his hope in Jesus Christ.  Nick Vujicic has made a difference in the lives of others, and has saved the lives of many by bringing the lost to Christ.  He is a true leader and inspiration in his community and abroad.  Nick is marvelously, obviously designed by God for a purpose.
