NHRA points following the 2014 Summit Racing Equipment Nationals

Doug Kalitta (Top Fuel), Robert Hight (Funny Car), Erica Enders-Stevens (Pro Stock) and Andrew Hines (Pro Stock Motorcycle) continue to top the NHRA points standings following this weekend’s Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Nationals at Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio.

Kalitta (1,130) leads Norwalk winner Antron Brown (1,082) and Shawn Langdon (938), followed by Tony Schumacher (785) in fourth and Spencer Massey (780) in fifth.

Hight (1,067) leads Norwalk winner John Force (889) in Funny Car. Ron Capps (846) is third, followed by Tommy Johnson Jr. (845) in fourth and Alexis Dejoria (779) in fifth.

Enders-Steven (1,166) continues to lead the Pro Stock standings, ahead of Allen Johnson (925) and his teammate Jeg Coughlin Jr. (900). Dave Connolly (875) sits fourth in points, followed by Jason Line (863) in fifth.

Hines (650) leads his Screamin’ Eagle Harley teammate Eddie Krawiec (581) in second and Hector Arana Jr. (515) in third. Hector Arana (416) moves into fourth place, followed by John Hall (407) in fifth.

The 2014 NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series schedule continues Friday through Sunday, July 18th through 20th at Bandimere Speedway in Denver, home of the Mopar Mile-High NHRA Nationals. Keep up with the action at
