The following is a list of the NHL players who won the Stanley Cup the most times. As you will see, the list is almost completely dominated by players from the Montreal Canadiens.

That makes sense since the Montreal Canadiens have won the most Stanley Cup championships.

NHL players with the most Stanley Cup wins

1. Henri Richard - 11

Henri Richard holds the record for most Stanley Cup wins by a NHL player with 11. Henri Richard won all 11 Stanley Cups with the Montreal Canadiens in 1956-1960, 1965, 1966, 1968, 1969, 1971, and 1973.

T-2. Jean Beliveau - 10

Jean Beliveau of the Montreal Canadiens won 10 Stanley Cups for the second most ever by a NHL player. Beliveau won in all the same years as Henri Richard, with the exception of 1973.

T-2. Yvan Cournoyer - 10

Yvan Cournoyer of the Montreal Canadiens won the Stanley Cup 10 times in 1965, 1966, 1968, 1969, 1971, 1973, and 1976-1979.

4. Claude Prevost - 9

Another Montreal Canadiens player named Claude Prevost won nine Stanley cups in 1956-1960, 1965, 1966, 1968, and 1969.

T-5. Red Kelly - 8

Red Kelly is the NHL player with the most Stanley Cup wins who never played for the Montreal Canadiens. Red Kelly won the Stanley Cup in 1950, 1952, 1954, and 1955, with the Detroit Red Wings, and in 1962, 1963, 1964, and 1967 with the Toronto Maple Leafs.

T-5. Maurice Rocket Richard - 8

Maurice Rocket Richard, the brother of Henri Richard who sits at the top of this list, won the Stanley Cup with the Montreal Canadiens in 1944, 1946, 1953, and consecutively from 1956-1960.

T-5. Jacques Lemaire - 8

Jacques Lemaire of the Canadiens won the Stanley Cup in 1968, 1969, 1971, 1973, and consecutively from 1976-1979.
