Peyton Manning had his post season physical on Monday morning, and the Denver Post reported that Manning has been cleared to continue his career.

Peyton Manning was contractually obligated to have the end of the year neck exam in case any damage was done. Fortunately, for Manning and the Broncos, all signs were clear after the exam.

Although he had a few bruises from the season, Manning stayed relatively healthy in his record setting campaign. The Broncos have only one more feat to hurdle, and that's winning the Super Bowl.

According to, the Broncos could have voided the $20 million he’s due in 2014, if Manning was shown to have a neck injury. Instead, the Denver Broncos could be on their way to another great season.

Peyton Manning was the NFL MVP in 2013, and broke multiple season passing records. He passed for 55 touchdowns and only 10 interceptions during the regular season. In his two years with the Broncos, Manning has connected for 92 touchdowns.

Both of those seasons were more productive than his previous six seasons in Indianapolis. That’s why it’s hard to expect a drop off in 2014 now that we know he’s healthy.
