The NFL announced the replacement players that will join the ranks of the 2012-13 NFL Pro Bowl rosters on Jan. 22, 2013, for the coming annual star studded game in Hawaii. In one of the interesting moves, rookie Indianapolis Colt quarterback Andrew Luck takes the place of the New England Patriots all-pro Tom Brady.
Luck had a breakout rookie season for the Colts who surprised the NFL with their 11-5 record and the young star led his team to the Playoffs on the back of a season laden with tons of off the field problems surrounding the team's coaching staff.
In one of the most impressive rookie seasons a quarterback has had in recent years, Luck passed for 4,374 yards with 23 touchdowns and 18 interceptions with a 76.5 rating on the year.
He will be joining his predecessor, Peyton Manning at the Pro Bowl who will be representing the Denver Broncos, and the two are likely to split the snaps on the afternoon in what is sure to be a fun high scoring affair for all NFL fans to enjoy.
