National Football League's Philadelphia Eagles player Jason Peters was arrested Saturday morning in Shreveport, LA. The football star was arrested for loud music and allegedly resisting arrest. According to reports, authorities heard loud music coming from the 29-year-old football star’s vehicle. When approached by authorities, Peters allegedly refused to turn the music down and also refused to produce identification when asked, resulting in the resisting charge. Peters was booked and released on bond.
It's been a tough year for #71. Earlier this year, Peters’ home was ransacked and burglarized. Items totaling nearly $60,000, including designer watches, diamond jewelry and camera equipment, were stolen. He was not home at the time.
Jason Raynard Peters was born in Texas in 1982. The 6’4”, 340-pound left tackle played with the Buffalo Bills from 2004 to 2008. Peters was selected to the Pro Bowl for four consecutive seasons – 2007 through 2010. In his spare time, Peters enjoys restoring old cars, something he learned from his grandfather.
