The 2014 NFL Combine starts today and the Oklahoma Sooners will be well represented at the event. According to NewsOK.com on Feb. 21, the Sooners will send five players to the NFL Combine, the most of any Big 12 team other than the Baylor Bears, who are sending six players.

Here is a look at the five Oklahoma Sooners attending the NFL Combine this week.

Aaron Colvin

After the 2013 college football season, it looked like Aaron Colvin could be as high as a low first round draft pick. He might fall completely out of the first day of the 2014 NFL Draft through because he tore his ACL at the Senior Bowl. Now, Colvin will need a good showing at the NFL Combine, which he will spend doing interviews, if he wants to get drafted higher than the sixth round.

Gabe Ikard

Gabe Ikard was one of the best offensive lineman at OU for the past four seasons and rarely missed a game. He looked solid heading into the 2014 NFL Draft but for some reason draft prognosticators are downgrading him based on a lack of strength. That never hurt him at OU, so he can use the NFL Combine to prove his pundits wrong.

Trey Millard

Trey Millard is in a tough position. He plays the position of fullback, which almost all NFL teams have abandoned. He came back for his senior year to work more on catching the ball and playing around the field and did well - until he tore his ACL in October. He will be ready by the time the NFL season rolls around, but how many teams will spend a draft pick on a fullback?

Jalen Saunders

Last year, Justin Brown went in the NFL Draft and ended up with the Pittsburgh Steelers. While Jalen Saunders is not as physical as Brown, he has the size and hands to be a slot receiver and a lot of NFL teams have been looking for these quick, speedy guys since Wes Welker showed how valuable they could be. Saunders will have a lot to show at the NFL Combine and is working out for a draft position. A bad showing could knock him completely off of draft boards.

Damien Williams

No matter how fast and athletic Damien Williams is, he will likely not hear his name called in the 2014 NFL Draft. He was suspended numerous times at OU and couldn't stay out of trouble. Interviews at the NFL Combine will be key here if he wants to get any attention at all in the 2014 NFL Draft. Of course, Stacy McGee was drafted by the Oakland Raiders after getting kicked off the OU team last year, so anything could happen.
