This NFC Wild Card game features the well know rivalry between the San Francisco 49ers and the Green Bay Packers. Colin Kaepernick was amazing earlier in 2013 against the Packers, and it is likely he will do just as well or even better during today's game. Of course, even with the quarterback at his very best, the game remained incredibly close. Green Bay is ready to go with its team healthy and a great roster. Tonight's game between the 49ers and the Packers should be one of the best of the weekend.

The San Francisco vs. Green Bay game will air live on Fox starting at 4:40 p.m. EST. If you cannot catch this premier game on TV this afternoon, be sure to check out a live stream video of the 49ers vs. Packers in one of several locations.
