Neyo hit the radio circuit this morning giving interviews with both KRNB and The Beat. The news of the day was that Neyo and girlfriend Monyetta Shaw just became first time parents to a brand new baby girl Madelyn Grace. He is naturally excited about the new bundle of joy. He explained he is in love for the first time (with his child). He spoke with Rickey from the Rickey Smiley Morning Show on 97.9 The Beat. Neyo is promoting his fourth studio album "Libra Scale"; which will be released November 22, 2010. All Neyo fans are accustomed to quality music from the artist. In five short years he's managed to produce three number one albums as well as produce and write number one songs for his peers. Neyo who's legal name is Shaffer Chimere Smith, explained that he doesn't try to out-do his last projects; he simply concentrates on making good quality music and it proves succesful for him. The single "Champagne Life" is a fun-feel good-party song. The single "Beautiful Monster" has a techno sound to it which is very popular amongst R & B artists these days. The newly released single "One In A Million" which is produced by Ryan Leslie sounds great and the video is well choreographed. The only feature on the entire album is a song called "Crazy Love" feauring Fabolous. Neyo explained he was really stretching artiscally on this project and didn't want a lot of features--so Fabolous won the spot on the album. You can pre order the album here. Mark your calendars!
