Food Sol’s Quick Service Incubator is like quick service dining: FAST. Food entrepreneurs each have 2 minutes to tell the room about a business challenge they’re facing. Audience teams then huddle up for rapid group brainstorming before they, and guest experts, share feedback. Design emphasizes multi-disciplinary problem-solving and learning for the whole room.
