Next-gen Tomb Raider remake confirmed

The recently rumored Tomb Raider next-gen remake, Definitive Edition, is validated and slated for a January 28, 2014 release on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, according to Amazon listings and confirmed by Square Enix.

Priced $59.99, the Definitive Edition comes equipped with all the games DLC, including Tomb of the Lost Adventurer, six outfits for Lara, a digital art book and digital comic titled The Beginning. Also listed on Amazon is an "Art Book Packaging Edition," which offers "an insider's look at exclusive, never before seen concept art."

The official reveal came tonight during the Spike VGX 2013 Awards. Pre-orders have already begun.
