Please raise your hand if you are tired of the radio rotating the same twenty songs all day long. Go ahead, don't be shy. The truth is, many great bands never get the attention they deserve because of the way the music business is designed. Not every band should be a household name, but all deserve the chance to be heard.

The House of Blues Dallas is hosting the Next Big Thing Tour Sunday, February 19, 2012 from 11:00am to 10:45pm. This show will feature acts both local and national that could be the "next big thing". For the price of $15 at the door (more information here), all should come check out this mixture of alternative, pop, rock, metal, and everything in between.

If nothing else, support local Dallas bands and go to the House of Blues Cambridge Room. This venue provides an intimate experience allowing for an up close and personal show! Let the Examiner know what you think of the show by posting in the comment section below.
