Tonight’s WWE Raw telecast will emulate from San Diego, California and will feature an appearance from Shawn Michaels. HBK is expected to play a part in the Triple H-Undertaker feud between now and Wrestle Mania 28. (Note last week I reported that HBK was only advertised for the February 20 Raw but stand corrected).
On this day in 2006, it was announced Bret Hart would headline the 2006 WWE Hall of Fame class the night before Wrestle Mania 22. A year later in 2007, it was announced on this day that Dusty Rhodes would headline that year’s Hall of Fame class. Rhodes was indeed inducted right here in Detroit at the Fox Theater the night before Wrestle Mania 23.
