TMZ reports that it has obtained reliable information from someone directly involved with the property settlement agreement between Elin Nordegren and Tiger Woods.
Elin Gets Approximately $100 Million
The source, who has first-hand knowledge of the terms of the Tiger Woods – Elin Nordegren divorce, told TMZ that Elin will be getting close to $100 million.
$750 Million Would Have Exceeded Tiger’s Net Worth
As I mentioned in an article posted earlier today, as well as in several previous articles on the Tiger Woods – Elin Nordegren divorce, Forbes magazine estimated Tiger Woods’ net worth to be approximately $600 million. It is highly unlikely that Elin’s divorce settlement would exceed Tiger Woods’ net wirth.
Elin Nordegren Will Also Receive Child Support
TMZ reports that sources say that in addition to the above mentioned settlement, Elin Nordegren will also receive an unspecified (for now) amount of child support.
What Elin Nordegren’s Divorce Settlement Includes
Thus far, according to various reports, here’s what else Elin’s divorce settlement includes:
• their main home in Windermere, Florida
• and another nearby home in the same area
• an apartment in Stockholm, Sweden
• a $2.2. million estate on a secluded island in Sweden
Even though this falls far short of the $750 amount that been discussed by everybody, everywhere for months, Elin Nordegren still ended up with a divorce settlement that puts many other celebrity divorce settlements to shame.

TMZ has been wrong about everything they have said so far. If a person with "first-hand knowledge" actually revealed these details to TMZ they would, and should, be disbarred.
Elin Nordegren deserves a substantial divorce settlement amount since Tiger Woods is demanding from Elin a lifetime of silence. Tiger is the one who caused irreparable damage to the marriage and the dissolution of the family unit with his adulterous, reckless and irresponsible behavior. Tiger Woods humiliated his wife in front of the world and caused his family enough hurt, pain and suffering that will last them for the rest of their lives! Tiger Woods used his wife and children to earn millions from sponsors projecting a false image of integrity as a devoted husband and family man, while living a sordid secret life. Tiger, reportedly, had unprotected sex with multiple promiscuous partners, potentially exposing Elin to life threatening conditions such as STD, HIV, hepatitis, herpes, uterine cancer, etc. Some of these conditions can be dormant and could take years to show up! It is very wise of Elin to demand that Tiger never expose their children to any future female companions ''unles
It is very wise of Elin to demand that Tiger never expose their children to any future female companions ''unless he is married to said person.'' I commend Elin for being a caring and loving mother and for having her priorities right. Her children need her most and depend on her for their protection, safety and wellbeing. Elin is the parent that has been there for these children all along since Tiger has been basically an absentee father. There seems to be very little evidence of Tiger’s involvement with the children’s day to day activities when he was home. Even when he was home, Tiger appears to spend a lot of his free time going to bars with his friends to pick up bimbos for sex. Soooo, let’s see how would Tiger do, this time, as a father! Too bad that Elin is not requiring Tiger to go to parenting classes! If Tiger fails to comply with this demand, or to care for the children’s wellbeing, Elin can always go back to Court and keep the children away from him!
One has to look at the TOTAL package that Elin is getting. Think about it, the properties, which will increase in value over the years, the child support (which no one outside of the attorney and concerned parties are privy to.) I think its safe to say that for an ex-nanny she's pretty well set for life.
