Reports are emerging that the Mel Gibson tapes were leaked to Radar Online by Oksana Grigorieva’s sister, Natalie Grigorieva
Allison Hope Weiner, senior writer for The Hollywood Reporter, has revealed in an interview with ET Online that her sources suspect Natalie Grigorieva of being the person responsible for leaking the Mel Gibson tapes.
Oksana Always Denied Leaking the Mel Gibson Tapes
From the very outset, Oksana has denied leaking the tapes of Mel Gibson’s rants herself.
So if these new reports are true, that would solve the mystery of how the tapes came to be leaked online for everyone to hear.
One source claims that Natalie, Oksana's younger sister, was involved in shopping the tapes to media outlets before making the sale to the celebrity gossip site, Radar Online.
According to Hollywood Gossip’s source, the tapes were turned down by all the tabloids because they were asked to purchase the tapes without having listened to them first.
Natalie Grigorieva Under Investigation
According to the latest reports, Natalie Grigorieva is now being investigated by the authorities.
ET Online says Weiner told them her source said an investigation of Natalie’s financial records would reveal evidence (checks, or wire transfers) that she was the one who sold the audio tapes to Radar Online.
Anyone Involved in the Leak Will Be Held in Contempt of Court
In her interview with ET Online, Weiner states that the court has now has the tapes under protective seal; and that anyone found to have had a part in leaking the tapes will be held in contempt of court.
Weiner also told ET that if evidence reveals that Natalie Grigorieva leaked the tapes on Oksana's behalf, then Oksana could be held in contempt
Weiner feels it would be difficult to prove that Natalie leaked the tapes on her own.

Oksana’s Rep Says Natalie Didn’t Leak the Tapes
Meanwhile, Oksana's rep has issued the following statement on Oksana’s behalf:
“Oksana emphatically denies that anyone on her side, specifically her sister, leaked or marketed (the tapes) to RadarOnline or anyone else.”
Radar Online has states on more than one occasion that neither Oksana or her sister gave them the recordings of Mel Gibson.
