After losing her post-pregnancy pounds, Jessica revealed her diet secrets in a caption on Instragram for her slimmed-down photo: "Couldn't stop smiling on set for my new @weightwatchers campaign today! #happy!"
Weight Watchers has confirmed that Jessica returned to her spokeswoman position after giving birth, according to Life & Style.
"We were thrilled to welcome Jessica back on the Weight Watchers program," said a spokesperson for the weight loss company.
"With a toddler on the run and an infant to look after, we know she needs a plan that's simple and fits into her life along with the support that's so important to moms with young children."
Jessica has credited her friends with helping her stay on track, saying that the support is the key to weight loss.
When it comes to fitness, Jessica just may have foreseen her future when she sang: "These boots are made for walking." She's been using a pedometer to achieve her daily goal of at least five miles.
"10,000 steps a day = 5 miles! Let's step it up!" tweeted Jessica.
In addition, Jessica works with a personal trainer Harley Pasternak, according to Us Weekly. Their routine includes cardio, followed by circuit sessions.
