New Zealand pooch miraculously returns home after missing for weeks

A pampered little fox terrier miraculously returned home a few nights ago to his home after having been missing since December 7, 2012. The little guy named Jazz ran away after he was scared by thunder and gunshot sounds.

Jazz's human companion, Dale Norquay of Ngaruawahia searched every evening for two weeks and posted his pictures all over town, but there were no sightings. The family thought Jazz may have died. After all he wasn't a dog that could survive on his own, or at least that is what his family thought.

No one knows whether it was a Christmas miracle or just a pretty smart little canine, but 22 days later, Norquay was looking out of her window, and there stood Jazz. Besides from being rather smelly from his adventure and needing some quality food, this little guy's return has delighted his family, and it seems like the story is ending with the family living "happily ever after."
