The three appearances will be broken down into two panels discussing GTA 5 as part of the festival’s Convergence Program and a concert featuring the games score.
The first panel, held at the Elinor Bunin Munroe Film Center on Sept. 29 at 3:30 p.m., will focus on storytelling and development moderated by Adam Sessler and including members of the GTA 5 development team.
The second panel, taking place on Oct. 1 at 8 p.m. at The Amphitheater at the film center, will include the game’s composers and soundtrack supervisor while beind moderated by Pitchfork Media founder Ryan Schreiber.
The concert will occur between both events on Sept. 30 at 9 p.m. at the Church of Saint Paul the Apostle, featuring GTA 5 composers Tangerine Dream, Woody Jackson, The Alchemist, and Oh No.
Tickets for the first panel and the concert go on sale at 10 a.m. EDT on Sept. 27 and can be bought at the festival’s website.
The second panel will be a special edition of NYFF Live, the festival’s daily talk show, and is free to the public.
