The building has an address of 885 Sixth Avenue and is on the southeast corner of the Avenue of the Americas and 32nd Street overlooking Greeley and Herald Squares. The building will have views to the northeast of the famous Empire State Building in Midtown Manhattan.
It is being built by Atlantic Realty Development and designed by Costas Kondylis.
