May Day, May Day! This will be one of the busiest weekends for bikers this spring because there is so much going on, that it would be impossible for you to run out of things to do. So get your bike ready, count your dollars, and get ready for some FUN! I will see you all in Amsterdam tomorrow at the 69ers MC party. And, by the way, if you haven’t already, go out and grab yourself a copy of Hell on Wheels, An Illustrated History of Outlaw Motorcycle Clubs, by Bill Hayes, a brand new book, just released, which includes some great pics of our very own local club members. You can find it in local book stores or online at amazon or Barnes and Noble! Ride Safe!

SATURDAY, MAY 3: CMA Run for the Son, 8:30 a.m., Fusion Community Church, 375 N. Grand St., Cobleskill, NY, Breakfast, ride to Thatcher Park, Trunk Sale, $10 pp.

SATURDAY, MAY 3: Raelyn Ball Benefit Ride, Hosted by Crazytrain Riders Club, 12:00 p.m., Halftime Bar & Grill, South Glens Falls, NY; Raising money for her funeral expenses, headstone, and burial cost. She was a newborn at the time of her passing, and is the granddaughter of two of our members. Kickstands up at 12:00 then we will return to Halftime around 3:00 to enjoy music by NOSTALGIA and there will be raffles and 50/50s.

SATURDAY, MAY 3: Hold Our Own Destiny MC Pussy Pounding Fight Night, 7:00 p.m., Capital Hideaway, 205 Snyders Corners Rd., Wynantskill, NY; Mayweather vs. Maidana, Food & Live entertainment, $10 to enter.

SUNDAY, MAY 4: First Annual Motorcycle Ride for Michael Sowalsky III, 9:30 a.m., Grace Fellowship, 20 Delatour Rd., Watervliet, NY; Son of (Dreamer) Pres. of Moonriver Riders. Please help us in remembering little Mikey. Coffee and doughnuts before ride to cemetery where a graveside prayer will be said by the Melchizedeks MC. From there 3-4 hr. ride ending at Satan Cycles in Ravena for a pig roast. Raffles and 50/50. Live band.

SUNDAY, MAY 4: Syracuse Kickstart Party to Benefit Soldier On, 12:00-7:00 p.m., Castaways, 916 County Rte. 37, Central Square, NY; Live music, raffles, $5 at the door. Proceeds to benefit Soldier On Campus for Homeless Veterans in Upstate NY.
