New years' resolutions for improved health in 2013

Here are my personal new year’s resolutions. I intend to do these 365 days per year until December 31, 2014, They are nearly painless and do-able. This dietitian believes the result will be weight loss and improved stamina. Would you like to join me?

1. Replace one beverage of choice with a glass of water one time per day.

2. Walk an extra fifty steps a day, every day until 10,000 steps a day have been achieved.

Simple. Will it work? You tell me. Let’s do it and find out.
