New Year's Eve doesn't have to be just about the adults. Our children can participate in setting goals and making lists for new changes that they wish to make in their lives. Setting goals as a family is a great activity to share and grow together. It can teach our children to be responsible and go after what they want in life. Having someone helping you stay accountable for your goal is another way to help keep you on track.
This activity is simple and easy and the whole family can get in on the fun.
What you will need.
- Brown Paper bag
- Glue & Stickers
Give each family member a brown paper bag to decorate as they choose. Be sure to put their name on the outside. Then start clipping from magazines. Clip ideas, items and goal that they might want to achieve. Then have them write a letter to themselves. In the letter they should write about their hopes and dreams for the next year. When they are finished put everything in the bag. Place it somewhere safe to open next year,
