Yes, if you truly release 2012 and you’re hopeful for the New Year, you’re starting with a good mindset and a clean slate! Raise the bar as you enter the New Year. It’s the same you but, this year, you have a deep and meaningful purpose.
What do you plan to resolve in 2013? When you are strategizing change be sure this new and improved vision will manifest core joy. Sure you might have some materialist goals in mind but these only gift short-term bliss, it is true improvements (most intangible) that manifest heartfelt lifetime impressions.
Lifestyle changes that encourage healthy eating and exercise (instead of in the moment dieting and a short-term gym goal) must be the true foundation for healthy living. Has something been eating away at your psyche, thoughts about career changes and/or acquiring credentials necessary to support such improvements? If so figure it out; make it happen.
Start 2013 with genuine intent. This isn’t a whim, it is vision supported by strategy; seeded thoughts backed by emotion validated through action. And, this vision should absorb a void, inside of you, as it manifests physically. Yes, hard work is involved but as long as this intent fuels your passion, it will be worthwhile in the end.
