Happy New Year's Eve!
When it comes to setting New Year's Resolutions, it may often become quite difficult. Almost every year, people go with getting-fit stereotype. Last year, I wrote an article about some workout merchandise. Exercise may be a good one but setting some others may motivate better, such as kicking a bad habit or doing something productive more often.
This year I made a list of resolutions that are not only healthy, but practical and reflect beauty in several aspects:
Eat Healthier.. Kick those bad cravings away and feel better while doing it.
Drink More Water.. Less soda, more water. Not only hydrating to the body but also the skin.
Exercise Regularly.. The stereotype must happen, also motivation for Spring/Summer!
Read Weekly.. Keep the brain focused, active and alive.
Smile Daily.. The more smiles, the better you and other will feel. Smiling is contagious!
There are many types of resolutions, so what are yours? Whether it's for your mind, body or soul, beauty comes from deep within. Let that personality shine this year in a positive light. Stick to your healthy and productive resolutions; show the world it can be done.
