New year's resolution - stress reduction

Like money management, stress reduction is a New Year's resolution that can be found on most top 10 lists.    The Shambhala Meditation Center of Denver is offering a program on Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, starting January 13th.  The program consists of 8 Wednesday evening sessions with a full-day silent retreat in Februrary.    The program is based on the work of John Kabat-Zinn, who is internationally known for his work as a scientist, writer, and mindfulness meditation teacher engaged in bringing mindfulness practices, especially mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), into the mainstream of medicine and society
