We all have our own set of New Year’s resolutions – eat healthier, hit the gym, be a nicer person, volunteer, find a new job, blah, blah, blah, blah. Come mid-February though, these so-called resolutions are mere glimmers of hope.

Let’s face it, if you don’t really want to change your eating habits, don’t even bother trying to do so at the stroke of midnight on Dec. 31.
