New Year's Eve ice skating for families, teens at The Ice Pond 12/31/10

The newly opened Waunakee DeForest Ice Rink, aka "The Ice Pond," welcomes families and teens to a New Year's Eve ice skating extravaganza! Magical Memories will provide musical entertainment for skaters.

Family skating will be held from 6 pm to 8 pm on 12/31/10. Cost: Adults, students: $5, children under 10: $3; skate rental: $2.

From 9 pm to 12:15 am, teens are welcome to skate. The admission price of $20 will include pizza, soda and skate rental. Drop-off teens at the rink between 9 - 9:30 pm. Doors will be locked at 9:30 pm. Parental pickup is either 11 pm or 12:15 am. Parents are invited to go to a special "parents' room" to enjoy cards, cribbage, etc during the teen skate.

Location: The Ice Pond is located at 1110 Prairie View Drive which is at the corner of Hogan Road and Uniek Drive in Waunakee.
