Once again, the year comes to a close. And with that, come many New Year's Eve celebrations in Albuquerque! Albuquerque New Year's Eve Public Transport
I'm also happy to report that Mayor Richard Berry has announced that ABQRide will extend it's ever-popular Rapid Ride 766 Red Line bus services this evening until 2 a.m.! This means that we can safely drink and get home without getting behind the wheel.
Additionally, there will be a free Safe Ride service offered by the Downtown Action Team. Look for their sign up table downtown early the the evening and reserve a spot. The Safe Ride service will take you to anywhere within Albuquerque city limits for free, between the hours of 10 p.m. and 2 a.m.
Finally, AAA New Mexico will be offering its annual Tipsy Tow program starting at 6 p.m. Contact AAA for more details.
