Take time out for finding the right place that has programs for aerobics that you do alone or with a group for 1 hour. You can also use tubing to hold on to, or float on top of the water. If you float on the water you can do the kick to propel your body back and forth in the water.
If you need motivation, go out and purchase a new bathing suit. This is the time of the year that they are cheaper and usually on sale in the cold climate. Plan to purchase (2) one to use every other day. Be sure and wash the chlorine out of the bathing suit. The chlorine leaves an ordor and sometimes can bring on a skin rash. You can wash your suit at home and hang it in the bath tub, to dry. The chlorine also tends to eat up the elastic in the body of the suit.
You should plan not to eat before exercising in the water. The best solution is to not eat before breakfast if you exercise in the AM. Or in the PM, wait and eat when you get home. There are helpers to curb your appetite so that you eat less and feel full.
I use Skinny Body Fiber (2) capsules with a glass of water before I exercise and they have proven to be very beneficial for my weight loss. I have also lost inches by the movement in the water. For people with some bone problems the water is extremely beneficial, it does not put any stress on your joints. Being in the water is relaxing and you feel weightless.
