With 2014 in full effect there are some individuals who are still living in their past. For some 2013 was one of those years they want to forget but for whatever reason they can't let go. In 2014 why not try something different.
Start off the year by forgiving those who have done you wrong. Forgiving others is the first step to healing. With doing this it takes a person out of the moment they are carrying around that's making them bitter and angry.
Next, forgive yourself.
A person has to look at the decisions they have made and how these decisions have made an impact on their life up top this point. Putting forth the effort to forgiving self for bad decisions is an important part of healing. Making better decision in the new year will start a person off in the right direction.
