New Viking Brett Favre dabbles in acting - new Sears commercial up & coming

Brett Lorenzo Favre is an American football quarterback for the Minnesota Vikings.

Brett Favre was the starting quarterback for the Green Bay Packers between 1992 and 2007 and the New York Jets in 2008.

Favre started at the quarterback position for the University of Southern Mississippi for four years before being selected in the second round of the 1991 NFL Draft by the Atlanta Falcons (33rd overall).

Favre ended up dabbling in acting such as commercials that popular athletes are known to do, but he also was in film - Something About Mary with Ben Stiller and Cameron Diaz, Favre portrayed Diaz's character's boyfriend.

There are even doggy t-shirts out there with pro and con Brett Favre designs!

Favre, on a commercial set, shooting for Sears, it is scheduled to air in early September...

 The most recent commercial, for Sears, has a sales associate and Favre exchanging dialogue:

Favre replies,

Yeah, I hate those guys."
