This weekend provides Bakersfield pet owners with a low-cost vaccination and licensing clinic sponsored through Kern County Animal Control, several opportunities to find a forever friend at adoption events, and the grand opening of a new Veterinary Hospital - Banfield Pet Hospital in the Oswell St. PetSmart.
