The new photo stills from "The Vampire Diaries" episode 4x13, "Into the Wild," were released on Tuesday, Jan 29, by the CW.
These stills are for next week's episode, in which the gang goes to a deserted island off the coast of Nova Scotia in search of the vampire cure. The expedition, which is led by Professor Shane (David Alpay), paves the way for some drama and new information about Silas and a witch named Qetsiyah.
The photos feature a few stills of Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Shane on a beach in the island as they seemingly get ready for what could be a search of Silas burial grounds. Then, there are a couple of photos that show Bonnie (Kat Graham) by a fire, probably trying to perform some kind of spell.
Then, there are a couple of images with Elena (Nina Dobrev) and Rebekah (Claire Holt), which show the growing rivalry between the two as they argue with a white oak stake between them.
Check out the photos from "Into the Wild" on the slideshow above. This episode airs February 7 at 8:00 p.m. on the CW.
