A new clip from "The Vampire Diaries" episode 4x16, "Bring It On," was released on Wednesday, March 13.
The wait is over as new episodes return this Thursday after a three-week long hiatus. Fans can get ready for more action with a brand new clip from the CW featuring, Matt (Zach Roerig) and Caroline (Candice Accola) talking to Elena (Nina Dobrev) about her return to cheerleading.
As Matt and Caroline talk about Bonnie's (Kat Graham) absence from school, Elena approaches them with a new idea. She asks Caroline to get her back into the cheerleading squad because she feels that throwing people up in the air would be fun to do.
While Elena's reasons for wanting to be a cheerleader again are somewhat questionable, Caroline is happy her friend wants to re-join the team and feels Damon (Ian Somerhalder) would be very happy with the news.
Of course, things don't turn out so well when Elena ends up snacking on a cheerleader from another school's squad during a competition...
