Gianfranco Fracasetti's culinary journey started near northern Italy’s Bergamo region to becoming the top toque at Little Italy’s Café Gia. It was Riccardo Bosio that brought Chef Fracasetti to the states to work at Sotto Sopra Restaurant. From there he moved on to Café Troia in Towson.
The opportunity to run his own kitchen came 2 ½ years ago when new owners took over Pazza Luna. There comes a time when you get an offer you can’t refuse and you can now find Chef Fracasetti at Café Gia.
