New study: Birth control pills increase risk of Lupus

A new study conducted by McGill University in Montreal has found that women who take birth control pills have a 50% increased chance of developing the autoimmune disease Lupus.  Lupus is a devastating disease that causes inflammation, pain, and damage to the body.

The research found that women who were taking birth control pills with 50 micrograms of estrogen or more had even more of an increased risk for Lupus.  It is also noted that women who just begin to take the pill have a 250% increased risk for Lupus during the first three months they are on the birth control pill.

Of course, the corrupt drug companies are going to play down the risk of getting Lupus and tell women that it's nothing to worry about.  That's funny, they also seem to not worry about the fact that their birth control pills cause millions of abortions every year.  No skin off of their backs.
