It's being reported that J.J. Abrams is in negotiations to helm the next installment in the Star Wars saga. Obviously, details are being kept under wraps at the moment.
J.J. Abrams is one busy guy. He's currently prepping Star Trek: Into Darkness for release this year and last week it was reported that he had acquired rights to film an untitled Lance Armstrong bio-pic after Lance admitted on the Oprah show that he had doped up for competition.
How will this latest announcement affect the latest Star Wars film is anyone's guess, but if there's one thing you can be certain about, is that the film will have plenty of lens flares for those that like that sort of thing. Motion blur, too!
Star Wars: Episode VII is scheduled for release sometime in 2015.
