In the episode before the finale of Tyler Perry's "The Have and Have Nots" on OWN last Tuesday, we learned a lot of new information about the haves and the have nots. With only one more episode this season, we know there will be several cliffhangers during the final episode next week.

On Wednesday, Entertainment Royale recapped what happened on this week's show with only one more to go. Jeffrey has a talk with his father who is behind him all the way about being Jay. However, Jeffrey's mother has a different opinion about Jeffrey being gay. In a previous episode, Veronica even set Jeffrey up with a girl and questioned him about having sex with her.

Cathryn searches Amanda's room for a gun, but she didn't find it. When Amanda enters, she takes the gun from under a pillow and begin singing the childhood song she used to sing with her father. Judge Cryer forced someone else to take the fall for the Wyatt's hit and run accident that killed a little girl and put Benny in the hospital on life support.

Benny is out of the hospital and is a changed man. He questioned Hanna and the man he recently learned is his father in a previous episode to get them to stop fighting and act like adults. In this week's episode, Benny is again the peacemaker trying to get Candace and Hanna to get along. Candace confesses that Quincy murdered their baby and is still out to kill her. Despite Candace's tearful story, Hanna wants to kick her out, saying that she'll only lure the murderous Quincy to kill them all. Benny won't hear of it and demands that Candace stay with them where she'll be safe. Benny gets her to stay with them against Hanna's wishes.

Hanna goes to the Cryers to apologize for telling the police Wyatt was the one who was guilty of killing the little girl and wounding Benny. Jim asks her to leave, but Catheryn gives Hanna her old job back telling her to return after she gets Benny settled at home.

A new man was introduced last week to work at the campaign headquarters. He is given an envelope to take to Judge Cryer's house. When he arrives, Celine sees him and follows him to Jim's office where there is a confrontation. Jim yells at her, and Carlos says, "Don't talk to my mother that way." We learned in previous episodes that Celine has a son, and we suspected the child was Jim's. We don't have to wonder any longer because Carlos lets Jim know Jim is his father. Carlos and Celine speak in Spanish which infuriates Jim.

There are quite a few loose ends going into the finale, and the preview shows that someone gets kills. We have to wait to see who it is or if that will be the cliffhanger. Amanda has threatened to kill her parents, Candace is hiding from Quincy so he won't kill her, and Benny is angry enough with Quincy to kill him, and Candace has enlisted the help of hit men to kill Jim.
