Customers walked the pink carpet to see an array of dazzling and affordable shoes all placed in a fabulous pink on pink, chandelier drenched, venue. Upon arrival, beautiful models wearing little black dresses greeted guests as they entered. Light hors d'oeuvre, champagne and wine, were served to patrons as they shopped. The turn-out was wonderful. Nashville's fashionistas, socialites, and trend spotters were all in attendance.
Owner, Darnice Harris, wanted to open a shoe boutique for years. When the space adjacent to her already successful women's clothing boutique opened, she jumped at the chance (source). What a great leap of faith it was!
Before the opening of the Sole of 615, Nashville hadn't seen a shoe boutique this elegant, stylish, and trendy, ever. Which hits the spot with the boutique's target customer; young and hip women, early 20's - late 30's who are ready for high fashion. Yet, there's a style and price for every pocket, with shoes starting as low as $40. Sole of 615 carries several shoe brands including: Steve Madden, NYLA, Michael Antonio, and Sergio Celcer.
