New sermon series begins at Trinity UMC in Denver

Starting this coming Sunday, April 25, the historic Trinity United Methodist Church will offer a new sermon series called Family Matters. Preached by Pastor Michael Dent, Trinity's Senior Pastor, the sermon series focuses on a variety of family issues and will continue through the end of June.

Sermon titles include:

4-25: “Pets: All Good Dogs Go to Heaven”
5-9 : “Marriage: What God Has Joined Together”
5-16: “Divorde: When a Marriage Falls Apart”
5-23 :“Adoption: Incorporated into the Family”
5-30: “Singleness: One Is a Whole Number”
6-6: “Aging: Growing Old with Grace”
6-13: “Death: When You Lose a Loved One”
6-20: “Abuse: When Violence Hits Home”
6-27: “Parenting: Growing Kids God’s Way”

Dr. Dent has asked congregation members to email experiences they have had with any of the listed subjects for incorporation into the relevant sermon. Contributions will remain confidential. Sermons will also be available on the Trinity UMC website after they are presented.
