Looking to bring survival horror back to the forefront, Bethesda has brought in Shinji Mikami to develop a true horror game. Mikami, of course, was the creator of the original Resident Evil and is heralded as "The Godfather of Survival Horror". Bethesda has released new screenshots that can be seen in our slideshow. These screens show off how highly detailed this game will be on next generation consoles, as the lighting looks to really help set the atmosphere of what happens in-game. As noted at E3 this year, hiding in the shadows and out of the light will make a huge difference. Check out the screenshots and let us know what you think. With the success of The Last of Us, The Evil Within looks to achieve the same and hopefully issue in more survival horror titles in the future.
