Looking for fashion when you're on a budget can be tricky. If your budget is super tight you may have even more trouble finding something that doesn't look like your grandma would wear. Well, there's one place in town that tends to offer the best second hand clothing deals and they are now expanding.
Salvation Army has been around forever and their thrift stores are beloved by those with very small budgets. It also doesn't hurt that they offer a $.49 cent sale every week. For those that live on the North West side of town, you too can enjoy the thriftiness close to home.
They've just opened up a new store in a section of the old Best Buy building on Alpine Avenue across the street from Walmart. WZZM 13 says that this store features over 105,000 garments. That means it's time to head out and look for some cute new clothes and save some money in the mean time. It has not been confirmed if they will join in the $.49 cent color tag sale on Saturdays but even if they don't people on the North West side now have a new thrift store.
Salvation Army tends to have a great selection of women's tank tops and men's casual shirts. So if you're looking to add either of these to your closet you may want to stop by. They also carry a large selection of women's shoes. It never hurts to stop by and take a look.
