Despite recent speculation suggesting that Grand Theft Auto 5 for PS4 and Xbox One may slip into early 2015, numerous retails are beginning to advertise holiday 2014 release dates for the upcoming title. According to a post on the NeoGAF video game forums from Aug. 23, an international retailer has started to take pre-orders for GTA 5 and promote a late 2014 release date. This particular retailer seems to be in agreement with Amazon Germany when it comes to the launch month for GTA 5 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

Russian retailer 1C-Interes has started to accept pre-orders for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC version of Grand Theft Auto 5. According to the retailer, GTA 5 will see release in Nov. 2014. This release month was previously leaked by Amazon Germany, but was soon removed. Take-Two confirmed in early Aug. that GTA V was still scheduled for a release in 2014 but only provided a vague ‘Fall 2014’ release window.

Interestingly enough, it seems the Russian retailer expects Rockstar to sell Grand Theft Auto 5 for PS4 and Xbox One at a premium price. The NeoGAF user notes that GTA 5 was released for PS3 and Xbox 360 for the asking price of $70. However, the PS4 and Xbox One versions are currently priced at $85 at this particular retailer. All things considered, this update is quite impressive with numerous visuals upgrades and performance enchantments, so it shouldn’t be too surprising if we see the title release with a price tag of $60 in North America.

Grand Theft Auto 5 was release in Sept. 2013 for Xbox 360 and PS3. The game has since gone on to sell more than 30 million copies worldwide.
