The Philadelphia Eagles host a Wild Card game in the 2013 NFL playoffs against a New Orleans Saints team that actually won more games this season than the Eagles. This is due to Philadelphia winning their division while the Saints had a tougher trek to the postseason with the Carolina Panthers in their division. According to NBC Sports on Jan. 3, the NFL has at least discussed the idea of reseeding playoff teams in the postseason to make it fairer. This is how fans can follow the New Orleans Saints vs. Philadelphia Eagles live stream.

This is not the first time this has happened to the New Orleans Saints. In 2010, the Saints had to travel to Seattle, one of the toughest places to play football, and take on a Seahawks team that only won seven games and had a sub-.500 record in a very weak NFC West. Three years later, three teams in the NFC West have over 10 wins and one of them didn't even make the playoffs despite winning more games than two NFC division winners.
However, this is not to discount the Philadelphia Eagles, who played the best offensive football of anyone in the NFL in the second half of the season. They were able to scratch back and take the NFC East lead and then held on to win a close game with the Dallas Cowboys in the final week of the season to make the playoffs. Now, they get home field advantage in what is expected to be freezing conditions.
The New Orleans Saints vs. Philadelphia Eagles live stream kicks off at 8:10 p.m. EST.
