New Orleans Saints 2014 schedule information is out now. Though just partially released, the 2014 New Orleans Saints schedule is packed with interesting match-ups. On Monday night (Dec. 30), the team revealed the list of opponents they will have next season. It includes games against every team in the AFC North.

NFL Apologizes For Officiating Mistake

There are some tough home games for the team, without even taking into account having to play the Carolina Panthers, Atlanta Falcons, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The other home games come against the Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals, Green Bay Packers, Minnesota Vikings, and San Francisco 49ers. Playing against the 49ers and Packers at home means that at least they won't have to travel to play in front of those tough home crowds.

As for the road games, in addition to the Panthers, Buccaneers, and Falcons, they will travel to play the Chicago Bears, Cleveland Browns, Detroit Lions, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Dallas Cowboys. Depending on what dates those games are given, it could lead to some very cold match-ups near the end of the season. When it comes down to it, though, this isn't that tough of a docket for the team.

The rest of the 2014 New Orleans Saints schedule information will come out deeper in the offseason. That will include the dates and times of each game, as well as what Thursday night the team has to play and which Monday night games they will take the national stage.
