It's hard to deny that Platinum Games doesn't exude a certain style. And that is made even more apparent with yet another new Metal Gear Rising trailer released just a few moments ago through the official Konami573ch YouTube channel.
The bulk of the trailer is in Japanese, but for most watching, it's not that difficult to figure out exactly what's going on. Raiden, aka Jack the Ripper, is pitted against many foes throughout the entirety on Metal Gear's latest venture in virtual story telling, and among them is a black and crimson clad unit of cybernetic adversaries.
Our main baddies here go by the names of Mistral, Monsoon, Sundowner, and Samuel (dude sure looks a lot like Vamp...). The trailer does a good job at showing off the capabilities of each and does an even better job at showing them beat the ever living crap out of Raiden as he is stabbed, punched, kicked, shocked, etc. repeatedly.
