Movie fans in Scottsdale are waiting for the release of Magic Mike to theaters. On Thursday, Entertainment Weekly shared two new photos from the film featuring Channing Tatum. One photo has him alongside Matt Bomer from White Collar, and the second has him next to Alex Pettyfer. Matt Bomer also attended the People Choice Awards on Wednesday night, and photos have been released from that event as well. Check out the photos here. Magic Mike will tell the story of a young stripper as he learns the ropes. Also starring Joe Manganiello and Matthew McConaughney, the film is coming from Steven Soderbergh. The film is loosely based on Tatum's own life. Tatum recently spoke about his career and why he has chosen the films he has. He said the following, according to Digital Spy on Thursday:
"You gotta do the Dear Johns. You gotta do The Vow. I'm conscious about why I did those parts, those movies. I wanted to learn from Rachel [McAdams] on The Vow. I wanted to learn from [director] Lasse Hallstrom on Dear John - he did The Cider House Rules and What's Eating Gilbert Grape. I didn't go to acting school, so my knowledge of story, filmmaking, and character comes from just being on set and doing it. I know I'm not the best actor, but I hope my characters are getting better."
As for Magic Mike, Matt Bomer had the following to say about the role and filming, according to Entertainment Weekly:
"It’s Steven Soderbergh. Yeah, we had a really good time. I know Tim [DeKay, his White Collar costar] is going to tease me about a few moments in the film. I’m looking forward to seeing just what I get teased about the most."
Matt Bomer's series, White Collar, will return to the small screen on Tuesday. Fans are buzzing about this film and its stars on social media. One fan said the following on Twitter recently:

Magic Mike will be released to Scottsdale theaters this summer.
