Executive Chef Dakota Weiss's delicious menu items utilize local and seasonal ingredients to offer hotel guests and LA locals a unique variety of dishes to taste.
At NINETHIRTY, the menu includes "Social Bites" items that are perfect for sharing! The "Beginning Plates" offer seasonal appetizers such as the NINETHIRTY Chopped Salad, Roasted Squash and Burrata with citrus toasted pumpkin seeds and blood orange vinaigrette and Celery Root Bisque with cocoa, brown butter toasted brioche and bacon powder.
The "Large Plate" entrée items, on the other hand, include an array of seafood items - Drunk Mussels, Pan Roasted Wild Salmon with quinoa, roasted sunchokes, picholine olives and pine nuts, a vegetarian option with the Kabocha Squash Polenta "Tamale" with braised greens and manchego. Yummy!
For world travelers who want a more relaxed, outdoor, lunch atmosphere, The Backyard Restaurant on the WET deck presents guests with items such as the Smoked Cheddar 'n' Bacon Waffle with spiced maple syrup butter, Albacore Tuna "Melt" Slider with avocado mayo and sharp cheddar, Grilled Ham and Cheese with shaved Tasso Ham, Saint Andre and lemon-truffle frittes and Sloppy Joe with sweet and spicy BBQ beef, coleslaw and fried onions.
World travelers heading to Los Angeles should be sure to have "Something Sweet" to end your dining experience! All ice cream and sorbet options are made by Drunken Udder and contain alcohol to add a little something extra.
