Integrity and Hasbro announce the latest release in the new line of Jem and The Holograms dolls as The Holograms' rivals, The Misfits, begin to make an appearance. The Misfits will begin shipping in May and will include the spoiled rotten Phillis "Pizzazz" Gabor along with her naughty sidekicks Roxanne "Roxy" Pelligrini and Mary "Stormer" Phillips.
Like The Holograms dolls before them, The Misfits will come wearing their signature look including clothing, hair and accessories inspired by the television show and artwork. However, the familiar looks will be updated and will included special details.
Jem and The Holograms was a hit in the 1980s as both an animated television show and a line of Hasbro Dolls. The show was brought back on The Hub where it remains popular today. Three decades later, Integrity's new line of Jem and The Holograms dolls sells in limited editions for around $119 each. Both The Holograms and The Misfits have a Nashville connection as Samantha Newark the voice of Jem, and Patricia Alice Albrecht the voice of Pizzazz, both live in Nashville.
